Retool is looking for a Mid-Market BDR to join their sales team and prospect into target accounts.

- Excitement in pursuing a GTM career
Responsibilities
- Drive awareness for Retool through identifying and prospecting accounts
- Develop a keen understanding of the Retool product and value proposition
- Send personalized and creative outbound campaigns to prospects and book qualified meetings
- Conduct discovery to understand prospects' business challenges
