Customer Success Associate

Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase a new piece of technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

We are looking for a driven Customer Success Associate to join our expanding client network and bolster our customer success team. In this role, you will be instrumental in cultivating and maintaining relationships with our clients, with a focus on successful onboarding, client expansion, and efficient management of our customer success programs. This position offers significant growth potential, requiring a strong commitment to client retention, team development, and exceptional communication skills.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with the revenue team to achieve quarterly sales and customer success objectives, supporting strategy development and workflow enhancement.
  • Oversee post-sale processes to ensure smooth execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product functionality and use-case scenarios, offering technical training and recommendations.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Drive innovation, implement best practices, and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and streamline processes across teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
  • Proactively engage with clients to maintain ongoing business relationships.
  • Strategize and implement automation, workflows, and sustainable operational strategies to facilitate long-term growth.
  • Generate and present reports and performance benchmarks, aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs).

We’re ideally seeking:

  • 1+ years of customer or partner-facing experience, preference for B2B experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Prior experience successfully managing external partners.
  • Exceptional problem-framing, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a proactive "can-do" mentality.
  • You are curious: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and give/receive feedback.

For all job openings, we consider candidates with various backgrounds and levels of experience. When we give an offer it is based on individual skills and experience, as well as how that stacks up against other employees in the role. All of our ranges account for growth within the role, so in most cases, you should expect to join closer to the entry point of the band. You will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.

The salary range for a Customer Success Associate is $75,000 - $100,000 OTE.
