Customer Success Project Manager
Ridgeline is seeking a Customer Success Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of enterprise cloud software for investment management customers. The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach, innovative mindset, and collaborative spirit.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience leading investment management software implementations
- Knowledge of front and back office systems, workflows, and processes in investment management
- Skilled in Project Management with ability to coordinate functional and technical resources
- Able to work independently with general direction and guidance
Responsibilities
- Define project goals, plan scope, allocate resources, and set timelines
- Lead and motivate the project team, assign tasks, and ensure collaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations
- Oversee project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial tracking
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements
- Identify potential project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and manage issues
- Assess project outcomes against objectives, analyze performance, and report to stakeholders
- Directly engage in critical project tasks as necessary to support team efforts and project success
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
