Services Sales Lead

Ridgeline is seeking a Services Sales Lead to join its Customer Experience department, focusing on sales cycles for SaaS implementation in the asset management industry.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and Sales for deal closure
  • Understand competitive landscape and provide effective positioning
  • Present Customer Experience overview and conduct engagement sessions
  • Articulate product configuration and services to prospects
  • Conduct discovery sessions for timeline and effort estimation
  • Price implementations based on requirements
  • Partner with sales for implementation timelines proposal
  • Participate in RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
  • Negotiate and close Customer Experience agreements
  • Assess training needs for project teams
  • Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline data

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
