Ridgeline is seeking a Services Sales Lead to join its Customer Experience department, focusing on sales cycles for SaaS implementation in the asset management industry.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and Sales for deal closure
Understand competitive landscape and provide effective positioning
Present Customer Experience overview and conduct engagement sessions
Articulate product configuration and services to prospects
Conduct discovery sessions for timeline and effort estimation
Price implementations based on requirements
Partner with sales for implementation timelines proposal
Participate in RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
Negotiate and close Customer Experience agreements
Assess training needs for project teams
Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline data

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
