Enabling the efficient origination, distribution, and servicing of debt across the globe ensures the next billion people can have access to capital to improve their quality of life. They utilize blockchain infrastructure to manage end-to-end credit transactions in and across emerging markets, and they need a Chief of Staff to support operations.

The Chief of Staff (CoS) supports the CEO across all aspects of the business—there is no goal too big and no task too small. In short, the key responsibility is ensuring that corporate priorities are informing team progress and that information is flowing efficiently across the business, as well as ensuring that as priorities shift, everyone is in the loop and working together.
In addition to compensation, whoever is in this role will receive mentorship from top executives, exposure to the inner workings of global fintech, and the chance to own and drive business results. The CoS will be surrounded by brilliant and collegial people, ensuring there is never a dull moment.
Additionally, the CoS will be focused on time management and comparative advantage of the CEO and other executives at our client. Ensuring the CEO and other leaders can operate in their zone of excellence as often as possible, you will be the key to allocation of resources and attention.
Communicate both to the CEO and on behalf of the CEO to all key stakeholders on priorities, actions, and insights daily.
Perform triage on issues and tasks, prioritizing and solving problems quickly and effectively, including looping in the right teammates across the organization to help.
Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives from start to finish, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
Oversee special projects and initiatives, providing leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams.
Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
Manage the CEO’s schedule, ensuring efficient use of time and prioritizing critical tasks and meetings.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison between the CEO and other parties.
