Our Navigation Operations is a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing environment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about concierge service delivery and changing the healthcare experience for consumers.
Expected hourly rate - $22-$25/HR

As a Billing and Claims Specialist at Rightway, located in the vibrant city of Denver, CO, you'll be at the forefront of helping patients navigate their medical, dental, and vision claims. Your role will involve determining coverage by diving deep into health policies, excelling in communication with various stakeholders such as claimants, healthcare providers, and insurers, and constructing thorough investigations on questionable claims. With your passion for delivering exceptional concierge service, you'll address billing questions, calculate out-of-pocket costs, and initiate reimbursement requests, ensuring members aren't financially burdened. Beyond being detail-oriented, you'll also maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines and document every claim status in our proprietary CRM. If you possess a strong foundation in benefit plan interpretation and have at least two years of experience as a medical claims specialist, along with a bachelor’s degree in health sciences, we want to hear from you!
