What you’ll get

Right now, a large portion of our growth is coming from existing clients. The Client Growth Associate is one of the most important roles that we’re hiring for right now.

You will be working alongside our Head of Client Growth and CEO to help us unlock multiple millions of dollars of potential revenue that we can achieve by merely upselling our existing clients.

You have the unique role of working at the intersection between client relations, data analytics, and product insights.

You’ll be part of one of the fastest-growing startups in the world.

This means that you’ll be in charge of a large and growing book of business, executing the client growth tasks and motions to ensure our clients are as successful as they can be.

And you will get to contribute to the development of our best practices, systems and processes for client success, which is the thing that matters the most to us because that’s literally the only thing we care about.

And you will scale yourself as the company scales with you.

What you’ll do

  • You will develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and profitability improvement.

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses.

  • Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by the executive team and board of directors.

  • Establish and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Assess and mitigate financial risks, including currency exchange, interest rate fluctuations, and credit exposure.

  • Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

  • Manage the company's capital structure, including debt financing, equity financing, and working capital management.

  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to facilitate fundraising activities and strategic partnerships.

  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to finance team members to support their growth and career advancement.

  • Cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Proven experience (7+ years) in finance leadership roles, with a track record of success in high-growth SaaS companies or technology startups.

Deep understanding of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, anticipate trends, and develop innovative solutions to financial challenges.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Proven leadership ability, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up sleeves and work hands-on in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
