Your excellent communication and organizational skills, coupled with your strong knowledge of our products and services, will enable you to effectively manage and grow our customer relationships.Join our dynamic and collaborative team and make a meaningful impact on the success of our customers and our company.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their main point of contact for all renewal-related mattersProactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless renewal processAct as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and support on how to maximize the value of their RingCentral solutionsCollaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product, to ensure customers receive the highest level of service and valueManage multiple renewal tasks and timelines, ensuring all renewals are completed in a timely and efficient mannerIdentify and address any potential renewal risks and work to mitigate themUtilize strong product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell additional services and features to customers during the renewal processProvide regular updates and reports on the status of renewals and customer feedback to managementContinuously seek opportunities to improve the renewal process and customer experienceMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and renewal activitiesStay informed on industry trends and developments to better support and advise customers on their renewal decisions.RingCentral is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
