We want to instill cybersecurity good practices to employees in a way that's actually effective, and entertaining enough so that employees don't feel like they're working. Think Duolingo but for cybersecurity.

We created a platform to easily rollout a cybersecurity awareness program: the platform sends chat-based 4-minutes long courses to teams. Following the courses, the other side of the platform simulates phishing attacks, to prepare employees to face hackers — but in a safe environment.

Created in 2020, Riot has raised $15m with top-notch investors (Y Combinator, Base10, Funders Club and Frst Capital), and is now protecting more than 500,000 employees in over 1,000 companies (including Intercom, Deel and Deezer) all over the world.

Cybersecurity is everywhere. It's impacting everyone, everyday, and it's becoming the number one risk to any organization, whether it's a small business or a big firm. Yet, the cybersecurity culture in most companies is a disaster. Hackers are leveraging this by targeting the weakest link: the employees. We're on a mission to fix that.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Revenue Operations Director to lead and hire our revenue operations team. This role is pivotal in optimizing our revenue processes, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and driving data-driven decision-making to maximize profitability and growth.


What you will do 🤝
  • Build out a Revenue Operations team supporting a growing sales organisation of 50+ sales reps across Europe in 2025, expecting a ratio of 10:1 sales : ops
  • Build, manage and develop a team to lead GTM Strategies, sales performance management, sales enablement and sales technology. Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organisation’s planning efforts
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to sales and broader revenue leaders, personally supporting the EMEA Sales Leader’s strategy and operational execution across their organisation and coaching Revenue Ops team members on supporting other Sales Leaders
  • Support the revenue leadership teams with key business decisions and execute the rollouts of projects
  • Act as the coordination and centralisation point for all process, system, lead generation, enablement and other operations activities that impact the EMEA Sales organisation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve systems, gather data, enable and train; all with the overall purpose of building up profitable and efficient growth across the global sales teams
  • Drive GTM strategies based on gathered business insights and data analysis
  • Build a state-of-the-art sales enablement function, supporting both internal team and external partners / resellers
  • Build, execute and maintain exceptional sales performance management frameworks allowing leaders to course correct and adapt their strategies week on week and month on month
  • Build a state-of-the-art sales technology team, leveraging best softwares to scale lead generation, automate workflows and improve sales productivity
  • Establish an annual, quarterly and monthly planning and review framework across the sales teams and support the Leadership and HR teams to build the organisation up at scale


Who you are 🪪
  • You have a strong experience (7-15 years in RevOps including 5 years of RevOps team management) with high-growth startup or tech company supporting Revenue teams of over 50-100 reps (Sales, CS)
  • You have experience managing a team and scaling RevOps functions in high-growth organizations, targeting both Enterprise and Mid-Market sales motions
  • You achieve to manage complex projects end-to-end from design to execution to delivering outsized impact
  • You are goal oriented, a hands-on problem solver, with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • You have outstanding presentation skills and demonstrated experience providing data-driven business insights
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot) required, and Visualisation Tools is a nice to have
  • You don't need to be an expert on cybersecurity, but you need to be motivated by the mission
  • You have a full professional proficiency in English and native in French
  • You're based in Paris or you're willing to relocate
