BCBA Responsibilities and Requirements:
· Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
· Active, unencumbered BCBA Certification
· Active, unencumbered MA LABA
· Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Passionate about impacting the lives of children & families through ABA Therapy
· Driven to continue to support, develop, and mentor Behavior Technicians
