Senior Power-Management Architect

As a Senior Power-Management Architect at Rivos, your responsibilities will include analyzing power behavior of significant workloads, defining and extending power management features, and collaborating closely with various teams to ensure product quality. You'll engage in post-silicon bring-up and characterized power-management architecture, playing a critical role in shaping the future of our Risc-V based platforms.

To be considered for the Senior Power-Management Architect role at Rivos, you should hold a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, alongside relevant experience—typically 5-10 years for a BS or 3-5 years for a MS. You should also have expertise in CPU/GPU/SoC power-management architectures and a strong grasp of power and performance modeling.

Collaboration is a key component of the Senior Power-Management Architect role at Rivos. The position requires constant interaction with the Performance team, simulation teams, and firmware/software teams to analyze and integrate new features. You'll also work alongside senior engineers who will mentor you and help you refine your expertise in power management.

Experience in defining power management architecture features, such as power capping and thermal control, is highly valued for the Senior Power-Management Architect position at Rivos.
