RMF 1st shift operator

Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for a 1st shift Production Operator (will train on 1st shift for 2 months) to join us at our diverse team in Newbern, TN. The Production Associate will be responsible for the line assembly process in an assembly cell from set-up to testing.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Maintain a safe work environment and use proper safety devices as provided. Abide by and actively promote all facility safety guidelines and quality procedures.
• Must be able to lift 25-30lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Ensure all material available for next run per the production schedule prior to starting set-up of machine.
• Load material onto machine per spec sheets and standard operating instructions.
• Run machines per spec sheet and operating instructions, completing required quality checks, operating and quality paperwork, travelers, etc. as required.
• Aid in development and continuous improvement of Standardized Work documentation on an on-going basis.
