The role - your passion: 

  • Onboarding: You lead training sessions for new team members, making sure they’re “road-ready” and fully prepared to succeed from day one.

  • On-site Station Training: You travel to different locations to deliver hands-on, practical training sessions, establishing consistent knowledge and service standards across all stations.

  • Online Learning: Using our digital training tools, you create and lead interactive training sessions, allowing our team to access up-to-date content anytime, anywhere in the world.

  • Knowledge Sharing: You collaborate closely with internal teams to pass along essential information and updates to our team members across stations.

  • Developing Training Resources: You create and refine training materials, guides, and resources that make learning straightforward and effective for all team members.

 

What you need to surf the wave with us:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to convey information clearly and engagingly

  • At least 1-2 years of training or learning experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment

  • Independent and flexible, ready to travel across cities and countries as needed

  • Constructive feedback giver and receiver, committed to continuous growth

  • Empathy and patience to support and guide team members effectively

  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

  • Position can be based in US or Canada (some travel may be required based on business needs)

  • Training & Development Certifications a plus

  • Bachelors Degree in related field a plus

Work conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, climb, stoop, kneel, walk, reach with hands and arms, use hands to handle, feel or type, and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.


Job Title: Training & Learning Manager

Status: Exempt-Full Time

Pay Band: $50k-$65k
