Die Rolle - deine Leidenschaft

  • Du unterstützt das Team bei der Umsetzung einer intuitiven Usability unserer Softwarelösungen und Produkte und designst und optimierst die entsprechenden Interfaces für unsere Kunden und internen Nutzer

  • Gemeinsam mit den Product Ownern und den Entwicklerteams definierst du Wireframes, Usability Konzepte und Designs und stellst sicher, dass diese entsprechend umgesetzt werden

  • Du kümmerst dich um den systematischen Auf- und Ausbau unseres Style Guides und behältst die gesamte Designarchitektur und deren konsistente Umsetzung im Blick

  • In User Tests validierst du komplexere Usability Konzepte zusammen mit den Nutzern und optimierst diese im iterativen Prozess

  • Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Lösungen stets auf dem neusten Stand sind und informierst dich ständig über die neusten UX-Trends

Was du brauchst, um mit uns auf einer Welle zu surfen

  • Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als UX Designer gesammelt und erfolgreich nutzerzentrierte Software-Produkte mitgestaltet und optimiert

  • Im Bereich Usability kennst du dich aus und die klare Gestaltung von User Interfaces für responsive Web und Apps sind für dich selbstverständlich

  • Erfahrung im strukturierten Aufbau von skalierenden Design-Komponenten und Interface-Architektur bringst du mit – auch Pattern Library und Style Guide sind keine Fremdwörter für dich

  • Du erstellst selbständig Prototypen in Figma oder in No-Code Tools, wie Webflow

  • Mit User Tests und interaktivem Prototyping hast du schon Erfahrung gesammelt und erstellst selbständig A-B Tests und kannst diese auswerten

  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und verfügst über verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
