You will partner with the client's internal stakeholders to ensure that all pre-hire checks are completed• Manage job postings, invoice for payments of third-party vendors and search framework agreements and engagement letters for Managing Director roles• Support flexible sourcing methods to deliver against vacancy requirements across a various unique search• Handle all administrative tasks for internal and external managing director hires including updating our applicant tracking system, answering vendor, business, and professional queries, carrying out accuracy checks and internal governance requirement• Assist with vendor management tasks related to supplier onboardingWho You Are• Previous experience in a coordination role (Financial Services HR experience a plus)• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills• Experience using Microsoft ExcelBenefits• A unique opportunity to drive projects such as Employer Branding, Talent pipelining, Recruitment Innovation, Candidate Experience• A track record of high performance and an ability to deliver excellent results consistently is key.
