- Legal practice experience

- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Navigate complex regulatory frameworks for innovative financial products
- Draft necessary changes to the firm's systems and procedures
- Engage with regulators and external parties
- Draft various legal documents and agreements
- Review marketing materials and customer communications
- Monitor SEC/FINRA rule developments
Education
- J.D. degree or foreign equivalent
- Membership in at least 1 U.S. state bar
