Robinhood is seeking a highly qualified Assistant General Counsel, Employment to join its innovative legal department.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Problem-resolution skills
- Strong knowledge of employee privacy laws
Responsibilities
- Serve as a consultant and advisor to the People Team providing strategic employment law advice.
- Partner with Robinhood's Litigation Team on employment litigation.
- Advise on employee terminations and investigations.
- Create policies that comply with employment laws.
- Draft litigation separation agreements and employment policies.
Education
- J.D. degree
- Membership in at least 1 U.S. state bar
