Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to establish effective recruiting strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers
- Build pipeline for multiple requisitions
- Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on best practices
- Provide regular status reports on recruitment activities
- Maintain communication with candidates to foster long-term relationships
