Octopus by RTG is hiring a Marketing Manager for our partner, ITXPROS offering a great opportunity to contribute to innovative projects.

Job overview

ITXPROS is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and build customer engagement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in marketing and will be able to think strategically, creatively, and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Creative to develop marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, events, and advertising.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and media.
  • Analyse and report on marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Identify and prioritize marketing opportunities to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
  • Fluency in spoken & written English is a must.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6-9 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • And a proven track record of success in marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • It would be a plus if there is experience in a foreign market.
  • Military service exemption or completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and software.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
