Octopus is specialized in rapidly assembling remote global tech teams that are fully aligned with the culture and practices of a particular brand. By providing tailored hubs to suit its clients needs, Octopus gives companies all the advantages of remote work and offshoring without all the negatives.

You will be working with our partner Menthum. a rapidly growing digital saving platform. We are looking for competent Relationship Managers who play a pivotal role in expanding our client base. You'll have the opportunity to onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporates, manage relationships, and directly contribute to our growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Manage the entire sales and relationship cycle from lead generation to client onboarding to relationship management.
  • Identify potential clients, understand their savings needs, and introduce the benefits of Menthum to them.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-10 years of proven experience in banking & financial services in business development, sales, and account management, particularly in the corporate or HNI (wealth) segment.
  • Previous experience in Insurance/Pharma Companies
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycle management and financial products.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
  • Excellent communication skills, including in English.
