Manage strategic selection of key customer accounts
Drive product utilization and expansion through onboarding and training
Serve as internal primary point of escalation for customer satisfaction and growth
Analyze product performance data and develop new strategies
Chart, support, and measure team's account expansion and performance
Serve as main POC for customers internally and externally

Market-based compensation with pay range $120,000-$150,000 plus commission, equity, and benefits
