Expert knowledge of recruiting tools and sourcing techniques
DEIB training and understanding
Strong organizational and process management skills
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a recruiting strategy to expand talent pools
Work closely with hiring managers to identify and attract talent
Lead full-cycle recruiting process from interviewing to closing candidates
Manage multiple requisitions and prioritize candidate experience
