Contract Recruiter
Rockbot, a media platform, is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead an innovative recruiting process focused on finding exceptional talent. The candidate will work in a high-growth, dynamic environment, collaborating with hiring managers to attract diverse, top-tier candidates.
Skills
- 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting in SaaS or technology industry
- Expert knowledge of recruiting tools and sourcing techniques
- DEIB training and understanding
- Strong organizational and process management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a recruiting strategy to expand talent pools
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify and attract talent
- Lead full-cycle recruiting process from interviewing to closing candidates
- Manage multiple requisitions and prioritize candidate experience
