The Position
As a Learning Lab Tutor, you’ll be an integral part of our Grade Level Team(s), working closely with teachers to ensure all students succeed. You’ll lead your own homeroom cohort, fostering a supportive and productive environment where students engage in age-appropriate activities, developmental play, and small-group academic interventions.
Your responsibilities include facilitating online learning programs, leading whole-group instruction, and providing tiered interventions to meet diverse student needs. You’ll also prepare and internalize lesson plans, gaining valuable hands-on experience similar to that of a Lead Teacher.
This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in collaborative, energetic environments with consistent activity levels (our Learning Lab often hosts two classes at a time).
