Job Description

As part of the part of the global Integrated Supply Chain Organization, your mission is to deliver the best experience to our customers. You will analyze, plan and implement process development and process improvement for global product supply escalation. You will liaison between distributors, direct customers, sales offices, international subsidiaries, and manufacturing facilities. You will be reporting to EMEA Customer Relationship Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality of customer support to identified Key Customers (Local or Regional)
  • Interaction with all partners providing product information.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Represent Supply chain and be the voice of the Customers in the organization.
  • Improve existing processes.
  • Provide proactive delivery information using the appropriate tools, presentations and reports, within an agreed Service level agreement.
  • Work on customized report if required, with a focus on critical items.
  • Attend Customer calls, if required.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • You have min. 2 years' experience in a customer service environment, or supply chain role.
  • Strong affinity with supply chain and customer Service
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written), fluency other European languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 (Excel and PPT are a must)

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • End-to-end Supply Chain thinking – you comprehend of all Supply Chain functions and translate this to a customer facing conversation.
  • You take ownership of your client base.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Oracle.
