And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionPosition SummaryRockwell Automation's Industrial Component Business is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to be a part of software development team. The Scrum Master is a servant leader who helps the team self-organize, self-manage, and achieve its goals by Agile/Lean/Scrum practices. You can be a Scrum Master of 1-2 agile teams. The Scrum Master understands and applies and coaches Agile and Lean principles within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Scrum Master will support creating project plans, Project Management activities like schedule management, estimating risks and effort, accomplishing project goals. The Scrum Master grows an environment for learning and relentless improvement. The Scrum Master helps the agile team coordinate dependencies with other teams and communicates status of these dependencies. Collaborate with other agile teams to promote best practices and lessons learned to increase team and project performance.Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering with concentration in software; or equivalent knowledge in software engineering (software requirements analysis, software design, software testing).Desired Qualifications• Minimum 4 years of experience in Software Development/Test, or other related role• Minimum 4 years of experience in an Agile development environment• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and techniques• Experience as a scrum master (with certification) and Agile coach• Previous experience in a leadership role• Certification as Agile Coach• Knowledge of, or experience with Rockwell Automation products or other industrial control equipmentPreferred Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree and related experience.• 4+ years of experience aligning and translating business strategy and needs into solution outcomes, breaking it down into Epics, features, and user stories with a clear definition of success.• 3+ years with Agile development and SCRUM/SAFE methodologies.• Planning and discussions to lead vision, scope, requirements clarity,.• Knowledge of ADF, Data Engineering, SQL and Data modellingYou will:• Collaborate with multiple IT, business capability teams, and partners to achieve maximum value.• Accept additional challenges and tasks to help grow in this role and prepare for future roles.• Work on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader• You will report to Manager-DA&I• This is not a managerial position Benefits: The ability to collaborate with, learn from colleagues in a complex, global organization.We provide a working environment with a creative company, paired with a great compensation package, great benefits, and a supportive atmosphere where you can sharpen with new challenges and development opportunities.
