Rowan’s Field HR Business Partner (HRBP) will report the Director, Talent & Employee Experience. The Field HRBP will be a crucial link between the Corporate HR team and employees and managers of Rowan’s Studio division. This remote based position involves providing HR guidance and support to various levels of management (ASMs, SMs, AM, DMs, RGMs), aligning with corporate policies and objectives. The role encompasses the entire employee life cycle in our Studios, from recruitment to offboarding, and includes, but is not limited to, performance management, employee coaching and development, and disciplinary actions.
This position, along with the entire HR team, will champion the company's culture, values & practices by maintaining effective collaborative relationships and taking pride in the company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience successfully supporting general human resources functions and will have a desire to continue to grow their HR skill set.
