Vietnamese Speaking Call Processing Representative
Guided by call center management, you will join a passionate and driven team dedicated to enhancing community health, one call at a time. Together, you will work toward achieving departmental performance goals while demonstrating empathy, respect, compassion, and integrity during every interaction.
Essential Functions
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, listening, assisting, and closing each call in a pleasant, professional manner.
- Take ownership of solutions, accurately identifying and addressing the needs of patients.
- Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, canceling appointments, and pre-registration items per guidelines.
- Multi-task, be flexible, ensure accuracy, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Maintain composure in stressful situations.
- Meet productivity and quality assurance standards, paying attention to detail to avoid errors.
- Complete training on policies, procedures, customer service, phone etiquette, registration, and scheduling.
Additional Duties
- Maintain department equipment and supplies.
- Adhere to departmental policies, quality assurance programs, and safety standards.
- Enhance professional growth by participating in educational programs, in-service meetings, and workshops.
- Attend meetings and participate in committees as required.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
Languages:
- English
- Vietnamese
Experience:
- 1 year in healthcare, call center, front desk, receptionist, or administrative assistant role (or equivalent).
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to type 40 WPM.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, MS-Office, and telephone systems.
- Epic and Dentrix experience is strongly preferred.
