If you want to be part of a collaborative team that supports challenging, meaningful work that is vital to our national security, apply today!Job SummaryNIGHTWING is searching for a Deputy Program Manager to provide key support to program and proposal teams.Role TypeThis position is an onsite role.Basic Qualifications:Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 + years of progressive experience with the ability to manage multiple program tasks and deliver solutions to a dynamic customer baseExperience working with multiple functional groups including program management, supply chain, contracts, finance, staffing, securityExperience leading teamsStaffing experience to include evaluation of candidates against requirements and creation of program documentation for customer review/approvalExperience developing/proofreading program documentation to include contract CDRLsExcellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to impact geographically dispersed workforceExcellent technical writing skillsExperience supporting proposal developmentActive and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
