As a Mission Systems Engineering Labs (MSEL) Engineering Technician, you will support MiS Engineering and Value Stream teams in the design and development of complex systems. You will support the sustainment of Engineering Development Space (Labs) and ensure their compliance to Environmental, Health, & Safety, RTX Quality Management System, and Physical & Cyber Security.This is a salaried, non-exempt position and is 100% onsite. The work performed can be complex, strategic, and often minimally defined and/or undefined. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
