About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own all our technology opportunities that enable Rula to grow through Partnerships, directly unlocking access to mental healthcare for tens of thousands of patients and their families. Rula partners with insurance companies and health systems to improve mental health access and engagement for their members. We have a big opportunity to make mental health care more accessible by building technology that allows our partners to refer us patients more seamlessly, and share our services to their members. Success as the Partnerships PM looks like delivering high-quality tooling and features that help more of our Partner’s members find mental healthcare through Rula. This is a highly cross-functional and externally facing role, where you will have dedicated design and engineering counterparts and partner closely with our Partnerships business team.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a dynamic Product Manager role, with demonstrated experience of shipping successful products from inception through to launch through a structured product development process
Demonstrated experience collaborating across a range of internal and external stakeholders, with an excellent ability to understand their problems, designs solutions that will solve these and manage delivery timelines and expectations
Experience talking to customers and implementing customer feedback, and believe that there is no such thing as “too much” customer feedback
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in the health ecosystem, especially in tech-enabled healthcare companies that partner with insurance companies
Demonstrated experience working with integrations of external systems or APIs with a baseline technical foundation and curiosity
Interest in improving the state of behavioral/mental healthcare in the United States
You have experience working in a fast-paced environment
Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience
Experience shipping product experiences that measurably improve key business and growth metrics
