What are we looking for in our Sourcing Recruiter - Culver City, CA? Russell Tobin/Pride Global is seeking Recruiters for our client. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience within entertainment industry... Pay: $38.00 to $53.00 per hour depending on experience Duration: 6+ months with possible extension or conversion Schedule: Monday – Friday / 40hrs per week plus possible Overtime Location: Working on site in Culver City, CA Duties: • Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. • Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. • Daily schedule, overtime expectations, and task breakdown. • Collaborate with the team. • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Performs a variety of tasks. • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Basic qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. • 3+ years of sourcing recruiting experience. • Preferred experience for hiring in the Entertainment industry. • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Experience with ATS or VMS systems required. • Learn and be curious, insist on highest standards, and dive deep.
