More than 67,000 students and 22,000 faculty and staff learn, work, and serve the public at Rutgers locations across New Jersey and around the world.Posting Summary University Correctional Healthcare, operating within Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Director of Operations located in Trenton, NJ.The Director of Operations and Accreditation is responsible for providing operational oversight of the administrative and fiduciary duties necessary to ensure the deliverables of the UCHC's healthcare contracts are consistently met. This includes coordination of accreditation and compliance activities to ensure that staff practices conform to the guidelines established by accreditation bodies and oversight agencies. Oversight of medical records, quality improvement, information technology, compliance and training, and accounts receivable and payable.
