The Role

You will:

  • Lead the entire engineering organization at Rutter, consisting of 2 teams (Core & Coverage) and be part of the leadership team.

  • Enable the product to support integrations at scale & reliability for some of the largest fintechs and banks in the world.

  • Build the engine that allows us to support adding & maintaining dozens of integrations in multiple categories.

  • Hire and grow top engineering talent and drive our engineering culture to be even better.

You are:

  • An engineering manager or director with 2+ years of experience managing multiple teams

  • Excited about building for other engineers

  • Experienced building and scaling API or ETL systems with huge amounts of data

You (ideally) have:

  • Experience in or passion to learn about the fintech space

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across different time zones

Compensation

  • If performed in New York, the total cash compensation range for this role is $280,000-$300,000

  • Our actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to you, including your skill set, years of experience, and geographic location.
