You will:
Lead the entire engineering organization at Rutter, consisting of 2 teams (Core & Coverage) and be part of the leadership team.
Enable the product to support integrations at scale & reliability for some of the largest fintechs and banks in the world.
Build the engine that allows us to support adding & maintaining dozens of integrations in multiple categories.
Hire and grow top engineering talent and drive our engineering culture to be even better.
You are:
An engineering manager or director with 2+ years of experience managing multiple teams
Excited about building for other engineers
Experienced building and scaling API or ETL systems with huge amounts of data
You (ideally) have:
Experience in or passion to learn about the fintech space
Experience working with cross-functional teams across different time zones

Compensation
If performed in New York, the total cash compensation range for this role is $280,000-$300,000
