Your Role - building a growth engine to fuel our sales pipeline

We are seeking a naturally curious, highly motivated, and collaborative Product and Growth Marketing Lead to join our team to build our revenue pipeline.

In this role, you will be a critical member of Rutter’s Go-To-Market team and be directly responsible for owning our company messaging, positioning, and content. You will work closely with our GTM and EPD teams to bring new products to market and own growth campaigns to generate sales pipeline.

You’ll be working with a veteran GTM team, whose team members have previously built GTM functions from $1M through IPO. You’ll report directly to the VP of Revenue. 

What your day will look like

You will:

  • Define and execute our product marketing strategy – from high-level messaging to creating technical content for product managers, engineers, and fintech products

  • Define and execute marketing/growth campaigns – email, paid, webinars, sponsorships, etc.

  • Own our corporate website - we use Webflow and Amplitude 

  • You’ll partner closely with our design, SDR, field marketing, and product teams and collaborate with our web and ad agencies

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B product marketing role for a technical product

  • A track record of using data and automation to drive predictability and scale

  • Fintech experience is a plus, with an emphasis on accounting automation products

Where we are, and where you’ll be:

We have a local office in Flatiron Manhattan. We are intentional in building a strong in-office culture and encourage our employees to come into the office 3-5 days a week.

Compensation

  • If performed in New York or San Francisco, the total on-target earnings cash compensation range for this role is ~$160,000.

  • Our actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to you, including your skill set, years of experience, and geographic location.
