Join our dynamic team and help us shape the future of our organization through data-driven decision-making.Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and finance, to gather and integrate data from various sources.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and present findings to stakeholders.Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and troubleshooting discrepancies.Utilize advanced data analysis techniques, such as regression analysis and predictive modeling, to support data-driven decision-making.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR data analysis and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.Train and educate HR staff on data analysis tools and techniques to increase data literacy across the organization.Collaborate with HRIS team to maintain and update HR data systems and ensure data security and privacy.Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.Conduct ad-hoc analyses and special projects as needed to support HR and business objectives.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required, and experience with HRIS systems and data visualization tools is preferred.Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive HR data.Proactively identify and resolve data issues and make recommendations for process improvements.Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Ryder System is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
