SAIT’s Continuing Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) focuses on non-credit programs supporting corporate training, the individual learner and international projects. We create courses and programs for life-long learning with careers at our core. Our courses range from exploring general interests to up-skilling for career advancement and reskilling for career changes. We complete all background activities required to set up our products for students to purchase and experience several delivery options.
Our Continuing Education opportunities are typically scheduled during daytime and evenings to suit a diverse learner population. Our learners are mature, focused, and want to be challenged.
The instructor's role is to professionally manage the learning process of the students and to ensure that students achieve established learning objectives to the maximum of their potential. The instructor is to make use of any and all available resources, methods, techniques and strategies, to ensure student success. The candidate is expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a learning environment which is pedagogically sound, technically supported and innovative in nature.
Note: We are currently building our Adjunct Instructor talent pool for potential contracts during the 2024-2025 Academic Year. Hours are not guaranteed; you will only be contacted if a teaching opportunity becomes available. These opportunities may consist of Corporate Training Projects, International Projects or Continuing Education courses.
