Who you are as a Sales Account Representative:
Someone that will assist the Major Accounts Manager in growing account sales.
A customer-oriented individual ready to grow relationships.
A team player, assisting with day-to-day activities to improve customer orders and satisfaction.
What you will do as a Sales Account Representative:
Achieve new unit sales objectives to improve overall market share and profitability
Responsible for assisting in driving key activities within Hyster-Yale Group and dealer organizations to enhance response time for customers and improve customer satisfaction.
Develop relationships with dealer sales and service organization to ensure proper customer servicing.
Responsible for effective order quality of assigned accounts, managing the order from quote to installation and payment collection.
What you will need as a Sales Account Representative:
BS Degree in Business Management/related field.
2 to 5 years’ experience with demonstrated progression and goal attainment in business development or sales development. In lieu of degree, 6-8 years of sales experience is required.
