SALES ASSISTANT – SERAPIAN

(This will be a 6 month pop-up, with an expected opening in September)

As a dedicated member of our Boutique, the Sales Assistant is for Serapian the key role in achieving the Boutique’s objectives and targets with a high level of autonomy. As the service to the Customers is at the heart of this role, you will provide unique client experience before, during and after a sale and proactively develops your client portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will perfectly master the steps of our sales ceremony (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close, and develop)
• With your empathy and natural curiosity, you will offer an unforgettable client experience and build a loyal client relationship
• You will ensure a tailor-made Client and prospects follow-up and maintain high quality service to your client portfolio
• With your experience in sales and passion for the Fashion & Luxury field, you will be able to reach the sales target and contribute to the team objectives
• Using your excellent structural and organizational skills, you will manage the boutique’s operations following the procedures and policies.

PROFILE

• At least 2/3 years of background in Retail, preferably in a luxury Brand
• Fluent in English. Any other language is considered a strong plus
• Commercially minded and pride yourself in providing the best quality of service and support
• Good team player, flexible, positive, and dedicated

Expected Salary Range: $23-$28/hr

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
