Sales Development Representative
Candidates can reside in CO, FL, ME, MD, MA, NC, TX, or WA.
The team works a schedule of either 9am-5pm or 12pm-8pm (ET), Monday to Friday – this might be subject to change throughout the year.
Guideline is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing Core Sales Team. This role will report to our Sales Leader.
What You Will Work On
As a member of Guideline's Sales team, you will engage and educate prospective clients to identify sales qualified leads for Account Executives.
You will facilitate lead handoffs between the sales development team and our account executives.
Your success will be determined by maximizing Lead Velocity and by qualifying as many leads as possible in a responsible manner.
The ultimate goal is to expand our retirement platform's reach by presenting Guideline's solutions to small business owners and large companies alike.

Offer Package
The expected Salary Range for this position is $65,000 annually. Compensation is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, and work location.
