Manager of Sales and Marketing Operations

This position will be responsible overseeing a team of Contract Processors, Latitudes Consultants and Sales Support Associates (Gifting, Tour Reception and Sales Administration). The Manager acts as a liaison between the ancillary sales support teams and assists in resolving guest and owner related challenges. These actions include but are not limited to receiving incoming telephone calls and emails, assisting with walk-in guests, assisting Sales Consultants/Sales Managers and providing daily anti-rescission efforts.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:Evaluate Quality Assurance performances weekly in an effort to identify opportunities to reduce sale rescissions.Work closely with sales management and sales support team members to resolve customer service issues.Oversees implementation of training materials and training techniques, responsible for training of new QAOs and improvement of existing personnel.Assists the Sales Training department in evaluating and coaching the Sales Consultants for continuous improvement.Assist with overflow in Sales Support, Sales Contract and Quality Assurance.QUALIFICATIONS:Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goalsExcellent customer service skillsStrong oral and written communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
