We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Solutions team. As a SDR, you will play a critical role in supporting our Business Developers in prospecting target organizations. Our Solutions team is growing across EMEA and NORAM so expectations for this SDR role will be to develop into a sales executive / business developer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Business Developers to create appropriate prospecting strategies.
- Generate new leads through relevant lead generation approaches (calls, emails, networking, instant messaging, campaigns)
- Carry out lead qualification and discovery calls to assist in the sales process.
- Provide logistical support for our sales teams, through pipeline management and customer engagement.
- Help Business Developers research clients before engaging with them.
Requirements
- At least 2 year of experience in sales development or inside sales, within a B2B tech company
- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- Passion for Sustainability
- English language Fluency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in a second language.
- Financial services experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
