Job Overview

We seek a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our sales team. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to generate highly-qualified leads and schedule meetings for our account executives.

  • Base salary: 60,000 - 80,000
  • On-Target Earnings can vary

Requirements:

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least three years of Sales Development experience, with a history of exceeding targets
  • Sale experience with SaaS products for the enterprise or Major market
  • Team player, competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Empathic listener and persuasive communicator
  • Have experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Calendly

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of retrain.ai's total compensation package for employees.

What Will You Do

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound efforts such as email, phone, and social media.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our account executives
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns
  • Utilize your excellent communication and relationship-building skills to build trust and credibility with potential customers
  • Continuously improve your sales skills by staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings and pipeline generated
