Sales enablement is a critical part of the growth org at Datadog. The team drives high-level strategic decision making across go-to-market, leads strategic planning, enables the field and adds operational rigor across the company. Our sales enablement function works across the go-to-market to ensure our company goals are met and our salespeople reach their potential.

 

The opportunity:

We are looking for an LMS Administrator to join the Datadog Sales Enablement team in providing best-in-class learning experiences for our GTM teams. The LMS Administrator will be responsible for bringing a global and sustainable approach to how we maintain and govern our LMS system and eLearning content. Duties will also include reporting and scheduling, along with providing recommendations for changes and best practice approaches. You will be coming in at the ground level of our LMS implementation and will have the opportunity to bring your knowledge and learning passions in to establish best in class processes.

 

You will:

  •  Manage all operations in the sales enablement learning management systems, including account provisioning and access, and user permissions, data and reporting 
  •  Collaborate and strategize within the team and across the organization to identify learning solutions and communication plans
  •  Recommend learning approaches that will improve learner experience and drive improved utilization
  •  Create and operationalize a quarterly eLearning course audit to ensure updated and relevant content
  •  Coordinate day-to-day learning management system operations and resolve operating problems and errors
  •  Create reports, comply data, analyze results, prepare and maintain documentation, and propose recommendations
  •  Provide training and guidance to others working on the learning management system
  •  Execute a long-term plan for LMS growth and improvement
  •  Integrate and manage enablement tech stack to ensure integration and seamless usages between LMS and other enablement tech tools 
  •  Remain current on new learning technologies in the marketplace

These considerations potentially can cause your compensation to vary.

The Sales Enablement Systems Admin has an annual starting salary of $78,000.00, and a competitive equity package.
