We just opened a position for an exceptional Sales Executive within the Growth Team. As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with the Growth team to develop strategies and sales targets to help us reach more clients.

Role (Remote):

We are looking for a talented Sales Executive who lives and breathes networking within the startup community. You will assist in the development of best-in-class strategies and opportunities to ensure the company exceeds its sales targets. As Propeller Industries grows, you will take the lead on building out a team of sales representatives who have knowledge and passion for the entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects, and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Facilitate and create top of funnel sales opportunities from both inbound and outbound sales efforts
  • Qualify prospective customers while answering complex financial questions 
  • Understand and own the information regarding Propeller’s financial service offerings and value prop
  • Nurture and track leads in CRM
  • Support VP/CFOs in proposal creation and presentation to client leads
  • Attend networking events and conferences to maintain relationships with key partners, existing clients, and create relationships with founders, investors, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally with our marketing, product, and finance teams - echoing the voice of the client and providing constructive and actionable feedback to the team

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in a B2B sales, marketing or business development
  • Knowledge of venture-backed start up space
  • Ability to work high volume in a fast paced, team environment
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with Hubspot or another CRM system
  • Accounting/finance background a plus

This is a full-time, salaried position plus commission. Current benefits offered: Generous Vacation & Sick Pay, Medical (Employer pays 100% for Employee coverage of base plan), Dental, Vision, Disability & Life Insurance, 3% Employer contribution to your 401K, Annual Education Benefit, Paid Family Leave and Remote work.
