This is a remote position. We are a global team that leverages the latest technology to communicate with our colleagues across the globe. There will be times in which this role would be required to travel to a local office for in person collaborations with your team.
Being a Sales Manager at iManage Means…
You are a passionate and competitive SaaS sales leader with experience managing an inside sales team focused on selling to small and midsize market segments. You have a demonstrated background mentoring, coaching, and developing sales people to successfully hit annual revenue targets. You have contributed to defining go to market strategy, and collaborated with other global leaders to achieve quantitative business outcomes.
You will manage the sales team responsible for our North American small to midsize legal customers (up to 100 users). This is an incredible opportunity to lead a team in our fastest growing customer segment with a rich addressable market. This team is fueled by a strong inbound lead flow (via Business Development and Marketing). You understand the pace that this market segment demands, as well as the importance of pipeline visibility and predictability.
