Sales enablement is a critical part of the GtM Enablement Team at Datadog. The team drives high-level strategic decision making across go-to-market, leads strategic planning, enables the field and adds operational rigor across the company. Our sales enablement function works across the go-to-market to ensure our company goals are met and our salespeople reach their potential.
The Opportunity:
Datadog continues to grow at a rapid rate. With this exciting growth, our onboarding program is quickly increasing in scale and complexity, as our team onboards hundreds of new hires each year across our SDR, AE, and CS teams. We’re looking for a structured communicator with a knack for simplifying the complex to develop and deliver our onboarding training program that enables our sales people to be successful in their jobs.
