4+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects end to end
2+ years of experience managing Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud Projects
Experienced in Agile Scrum methodology and JIRA or like requirements documentation & delivery tools
Experience working with a customer's business/executive leadership team and negotiating project/program priorities, conflicts etc.
Experience handling multiple projects at the same time
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce billing, document generation & CLM products, integration tools and/or integrations to ERP systems
Familiar with back-office ERP systems and common accounting principals
Experience with deployment practices and tools
Job Description
Work with customers and the internal project team to manage and deliver Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud projects
Build, maintain and grow customer relationships
Participate in customer discovery sessions working with technical and functional team members to ensure the team has everything to architect the right solution
Work closely with the Technical team to ensure the business requirements are accurately translated into technical requirements
Help prepare/review business-facing SOWs/estimates and any documentation shared to ensure it is presented professionally and accurately reflects the needs of the business
Manage scrum/agile ceremonies, including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint and test planning, sprint retrospectives, and sprint demos
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the projects are delivered on time and budget
Implement strategies to minimize the impact on the project cost, schedule, and scope
Provide weekly / monthly status reporting to the stakeholders
