The business has grown 10x since 2015.As the Product Manager, Machine Learning Initiatives you will lead development and monetization of new machine learning, data and performance advertising solutions. You will partner with cross-functional global teams, external partners and customers to identify opportunities for improved revenue and user experience across both existing devices and upcoming product initiatives.Responsibilities:Lead the buildout, launch, adoption of new Audience Intelligence, ML and performance advertising solutions; while concurrently launching enhancements/improvements to existing featuresWork cross-functionally with global... engineering, design, product marketing, sales and collaboratively with other product teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improved revenue and user experience.Support the vision and strategy for the overall products within the Product AreaCommunicate product strategy, plans and progress to stakeholdersStay on top of trends in the advertising industryDefine metrics and KPIs you will use to measure the success of your productsExperience:5 or more years in Product Management/Technical Product Management with at least 5 of these years in digital advertising/AdTechTrack record of end to end product delivery, and can demonstrate the impact of the products you have shippedExperience applying machine learning in product developmentExperience owning product and roadmap strategyExperience in Agile product developmentUnderstanding of existing and competitive performance advertising solutions (DSPs, publishers, etc.)Comfortable dealing with data. Experience with SQL, and data processing/data warehouses a plusComfortable balancing concurrent projects and managing tradeoffs of a productUnderstanding of and experience building consumer-facing AdTech products a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCALIFORNIA ONLYSalary Range Pay Transparency: Compensation for this role, for candidates based in Mountain View, CA is expected to be between $145,000 and $175,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
