Looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support business leaders in developing technologies, products, and services, providing legal advice on various matters.

Skills

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
10+ years of experience in legal counsel role
Admission to the State Bar of California
Drafting and negotiating complex agreements
Ability to advise on legal and regulatory matters
Strong communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

Draft and advise on a variety of contracts
Perform legal analysis and make recommendations
Conduct legal research and due diligence projects
Efficiently deliver legal advice and mitigate potential legal problems
Serve as liaison for legal matters
Manage outside counsel when needed

Education

Juris Doctor degree
