Samsung Design Innovation Center in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Staff, UX Design Researcher to drive human-centric design research for future products and experiences.

Skills

Strong demonstrable experience in User Experience Design/ Design Research/ Product Design
Ability to think and act strategically and proactively
Strong time management skills

Responsibilities

User research and heuristic evaluation of existing products
Research planning, execution, and synthesis
Research presentation and reporting
Travel internationally and domestically as needed

Education

Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Preferred in design research field or equivalent practical experience and training
